This past Friday was Groovatron's first out door show, and oh what a "thrilling" night it was in Peoria for the Universal Rhythm Assembly. We were able to catch some of our favorite bands, Creek Road Ramblers, Rev Peyton's Big Damn Band, our good friends Cornmeal and playing under the star night sky was greatly need by all of us in Groovatron. Thanks to all who rocked it out with us, and if anyone has pictures from the night,we would love to see them and put them up on our site.

A handful of shows have been added, and the "Links" page has been updated... Groovatron started a twitter account, so follow us on all the happenings in "Groovatron Land."

The "Music" and "Video" pages have been added to the website, finishing out the core of the site. New "tidbits" will be added over the next few weeks ...A "B-side" track made its way onto the site, so check it out on the "Music" page.
For the few that saw us at the Alpine VIP Area this past weekend during the Phish show, we thank you for your support and for paying one of the most expansive tickets ever to see Groovatron...well over a $100...We owe you...

The "Store" and "Links" pages have been added and we hope to have the rest of the site finished in the next few days...We seem to have worked out all the recording kinks in our studio and have been successful in recording a batch of new and old songs to possibly appear on the upcoming Groovatron album.
Basically, we are going through all of our unrecorded material and putting it on tape. We have close to 30 songs to record and we are over half through the list, but there has been a new batch of material adding to the count, making the process even longer. Keep you ears open and maybe a ruff track, will sneak its way out of the studio and onto the net ...sneaky, sneaky.

We decided to go ahead and make a new website ...Working on getting the rest of the pages up, and will keep you updated as the rest of the site goes online ...enjoy.

Yes, news from "Groovatron Land" has been slow but there are a handful of updates...finally. We've uploaded a new Mousetrap show on archive.org and there is a new batch of pictures, provided by Jenny Voukidis, from our past show. The Mousetrap recently renovated the club, making the stage and dance floor bigger...so expect "wild antics" to ensue at future shows.
